Daily practice Gratitude breaths and change my day for good.
Stand tall in light and truth and learn visualization methods.
Learn relaxing breathing techniques and how to let go of negative and replace with positive..
Create good with "I am" statements. Remember the "Great I am".

Learn practical applications of many energy healing and mind/ modalities infused with yoga. Learn to become centered, relax with your breath, and tap into the present where we receive the light and inspiration from above. Create good in our lives with tapping into the little "I am" and remembering the great energy source, the "Great I am". Change your outlook and your day with the simple act of gratitude breaths. Learn these simple and practical practices that you will easily be able to repeat and use daily.

No mat or exercise clothes are needed. No floor work. All standing and sitting exercises.

Treating Allergies and Illness with NAET- a Breakthrough Alternative Technique

The connection between allergies and especially undiagnosed allergies and a variety of diseases will be discussed.  NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique)  and the alternative theory of allergies and treatment for allergies will be discussed.  We will explain why many health problems can be respond to allergy treatments.  We will individually talk about health issues that have responded to NAET treatments, including Asthma, Anxiety disorders, Autoimmune diseases, Chronic Fatigue, Irritable bowell, Colitis, Depression, PMS, iinfertility, and unexplained Pain syndromes.

We will workshop muscle response testing and try to give you tools so that you can do your own testing.

Overcoming Pornography Addiction

In a non-judgmental format, this class will include information about why this addiction is so strong, brain functions of addiction, why "good" people get caught up in it, how to identify underlying emotional issues, how to release the need to self-medicate, how to perform EFT, and how to use EFT systematically to treat the addiction. I've created a two-disc DVD set of EFT therapy sessions called "Tap for 28 Days-Overcoming Pornography Addiction." and a companion DVD "Healing for the Spouse of the Porn/Net Addict", if appropriate for the class, we will discuss and use info from that DVD.
